VILLA MELATI

The largest of the four, Villa Melati is the most spectacular, dramatically situated at the highest point of the estate, accessed through a 5,000m2 private landscaped garden with many flowering plants and fruit trees.

Enjoy the additional space and freedom of the large open terraces, lawns and large pool. There are 4 bedrooms, three in the main house and a fourth on the lower terrace next to the swimming pool. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, apart from the huge master suite on the first floor which benefits from the year round breezes so is always cool. This suite is encompassed on three sides by a wide balcony. Wake up to magnificent panoramic views over the ocean, the surrounding gardens and countryside.

Cool white mosquito netting, colourful sheets, luxuriously soft pillows and informal lighting create a feeling of romance. All bedrooms in Villa Melati have their own private bathrooms equipped with a shower (hot & cold water), wash basins and a toilet. Two of the bathrooms have very large bathtubs and the master suite has an invigorating Jacuzzi in which to indulge yourself.

On the eastern side of the balcony there is a special terrace equipped with a large massage bed. Here you can realign your senses, enhance your well being and allow skilled hands and aromatic oils to sooth, beautify and heal your mind and body.

This elegant villa has a unique 21 x 8 metre infinity style (salt water) swimming pool that gives you the illusion of swimming into the horizon.This is a great place to cool off during the day. Just a step away from the sun terrace and surrounded by a beautiful, well tended garden, there is a large teakwood sundeck with several sun beds, parasols and drinks tables; a fabulous area to relax with a good book and soak up the warm tropical sun and an excellent vantage point from which to experience the famous Balinese sunsets.

At the eastern end of the pool is a large BBQ terrace, complete with a brilliantly designed igloo shaped Pizza oven. This is a superb place for small parties and for entertaining your friends.
