VILLA AKASIA

Last but most definitely not least is Villa Akasia which is set into the hillside on two levels and very private. The upper level houses the two air-conditioned bedrooms and, as with Villa Merak, these share the spacious open style bathroom, which due to the elevated location of the villa, remains secluded. There are twin wash basins, shower, toilet and a stunning twin sized terrazzo bathtub, which our staff can fill with flowers and scented bath oils, to make a relaxing end to your day!

The lower level contains a large sitting room and kitchen and an office space with a desk, telephone and connections for fax and the Internet. From past experience, however, we find that guests soon forget about work as they become enveloped in the relaxed rhythm of Bali. The peace and tranquillity of this area will hit you the minute you arrive and the stresses and strains of your everyday life will just fade away.

The emphasis here is on space, as the sitting room is very large and furnished with invitingly comfortable sofas. Windows on three sides afford commanding views over the landscape and the sea. Comfort is a keyword in all the villas but this one is especially comfortable. The large two-tiered swimming pool is only a few steps away and, as with all the villas, there is a barbecue terrace with its own pizza oven.

For the fitness-conscious, between Villas Akasia and Merak, you will discover a gymnasium equipped with an exercise bike, benches, and a selection of free weights.
