EAST FLORES 2 (Code : EF2)
Duration: 3 days/2 nights
Day 01: Maumere - Moni (B) +/- 100 km
Upon arrival at Maumere on the island of Flores you will be welcomed
by our local guide. Transfer in to Moni (3 hrs). Overnight at Floresare
Hotel.
Day 02: Mt. Kelimutu - Maumere (B)
Early morning wake up call for departure to the Kelimutu volcano.
A short walk (30 minutes) will take you to the look out point to
wait for the sunrise. Kelimutu means Mountian of the Spirits. Known
for its famous 3 colour lakes: Turquoise, Brown and Black. It's
the dissolved minerals that give the different colours. Breakfast
after return to the hotel. Return to Maumere. En route visits: the
visit Traditional village of Jopu. At Paga Beach a moment to relax
and if you like you can swim here. Sikka is known for is old church
from 1899 and Ikat which is enthusiastically sold by the local people.
When open a visit to Ledalero Museum. In this small museum you will
see a collection of woven Ikats and precious stones. In Maumere
visit Wuring a Fishing Village built on stilts. Overnight at Sea
World Club.
Day 03: Transfer out (B)
Breakfast at hotel. At Leisure until transfer to the Airport for
next destination.
