(PRE PAYMENT SYSTEM)
All reservation will be proceeding only if
you fill our Reservation Form completely. Your reservation
will be replied within 2 x 24 hours. If your reservation
is not confirmed, our Customer Service staffs will contact
you immediately. To secure your reservation we request Credit
Card CVV Number. We also request a copy of your Credit Card
front and back, copy of Passport Photo and signature Page,
which will be collected by us by the time you arrive at
the hotel. The reservation made through 99Bali.com (PT.
Nextrindo Teknologi) is not transferable.
All rates or other services, which are net,
non-commissionable, inclusive of tax, service charge, and
surcharges (if any), are quoted in US$ (United States Dollar).
American Breakfast (ABF) or Continental Breakfast (CBF)
and transfers are not included unless otherwise stated in
the services. Some Hotels have seasonal surcharges, please
read carefully before making reservation in order to avoid
any misunderstanding of the rates. Rates are applicable
only when reservation is made through 99Bali.com (PT. Nextrindo
Teknologi). If you can not find out the Rate of the hotel
you're looking for, please contact us for more information.
After 99Bali.com (PT. Nextrindo Teknologi)
has confirmed your reservation, the cost of your first night's
stay will be charged to your credit card as a non-refundable
deposit to guarantee your booking at the special rate, and
you will receive the official confirmation of your reservation
from 99Bali.com (PT. Nextrindo Teknologi).
4. PROFORMA INVOICE
After having confirmed
your reservation, break down of pro forma invoice is clearly
stated and sent to you. All transaction will be converted
into Indonesia Rupiah and the exchange rate is based on
the day of transaction. Since this transaction made through
credit card, there is of which charged to your credit card.
5. CONFIRMATION BOOKING LETTER
A notification of confirmation letter will
be sent to you after deposit payment has been done. Please
print this confirmation slip and bring together with you
and show to the receptionist of the hotel upon check in.
Original voucher is directly sent by 99Bali.com (PT. Nextrindo
Teknologi) to the respective hotel. Only service(s) stated
on the confirmation slip will be on 99Bali.com (PT. Nextrindo
Teknologi)'s account and other expenses is on your personal
6. FINAL PAYMENT
The balance of the accommodation cost as well
as any other services booked will be charged
by 99Bali.com (PT. Nextrindo Teknologi) to your credit card
7 (seven) days during low season period and 35 (thirty
five) days during high season period before your arrival
at the hotel. Inability to collect the balance payment
on a timely basis will make the reservation subject to automatic
7. CHANGE OF BOOKING
If you have to change your reservation, please
inform 99Bali.com (PT. Nextrindo Teknologi) as early as
you can. Please note that acceptance of any change of your
reservation is subject to availability of the accommodation
8. EXTENSION OF STAY AFTER ARRIVAL
If a client wishes to extend his/her stay
at the hotel reserved through 99Bali.com (PT. Nextrindo
Teknologi) after his/her arrival in Bali, neither 99Bali.com
(PT. Nextrindo Teknologi) nor the the hotel is under any
obligation to apply the 99Bali.com (PT. Nextrindo Teknologi)
rate applicable to the original booking to any additional
nights. However, 99Bali.com (PT. Nextrindo Teknologi) will
always try to obtain the most favourable rates for its guests.
No refund will be made if the cancellation
is done within 7 (seven) days prior to arrival at a low
season and 35 (thirtyfive) days at a peak/high season. No
refund is also applicable for any unused confirm reservation
or even "no show".
99Bali.com (PT. Nextrindo Teknologi) in cooperation
with associated hotels and other business partner act only
as agent for the hotels, suppliers and/or contractors who
are providing accommodations, transportation and services.
Under no circumstances shall 99Bali.com (PT.
Nextrindo Teknologi) be responsible for any loss, expense,
damage, claims or injury direct, indirect, consequential
or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred whether
arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result
of rendering of the services or accommodations as described
including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing,
as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s),
over bookings, other inconveniences to the client, through
acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying
out arrangements, or by reason of military action, acts
of war, national disturbances, revolution or acts of God,
or by any other act not within the control of 99Bali.com
(PT. Nextrindo Teknologi), or by any agents, employees,
subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying
any of the services or accommodations herein.
If any accommodations and/or services are
substituted, 99Bali.com (PT. Nextrindo Teknologi) at all
times will act in good faith and use its best efforts to
substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type
comparable to those originally contracted. 99Bali.com(PT.
Nextrindo Teknologi) in their sole and unfettered discretion
reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any
person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for accommodations
11. COMMUNICATION As we communicate mostly
through email, please make sure your email is correct or
in case we need your telephone or facsimile as communication
is not always reliable, please supply us.
