Relaxation
Massage
An invigorating massage using European techniques with circular
strokes and kneading with medium pressure. Helps calm the mind and
soothe muscle tension.
Pressure Point Massage
A blend of acupressure and connective tissue moves using medium
pressure. It focuses more on balancing the energy lines in the body
instead of muscular work, bringing benefit to the emotional, spiritual
and physical components of the self.
Anti-Stress Massage
This is a combination of the traditional and relaxation massage
which starts with a dry massage and progresses slowly to deeper
tissue moves with oil. It concentrates on the back, shoulders and
neck to release emotional and physical tension.
Bali Touch
This concentrates on the scalp, neck and shoulder area. It uses
"cemceman" which is coconut oil, mixed with local herbs
and spices, an ideal moisturiser and conditioner for hair and scalp,
especially when exposed to heat and sun.
Other Facilities at the Uluwatu Gym and Health Club
We invite you to enjoy our sauna, steam bath, outdoor Jacuzzis
and cold water plunge pools (separate for men and women). We also
provide locker rooms, showers, bath towels and amenities for your
convenience. Our menu features healthy cocktails and shakes, fresh
juices as well as isotonic drinks.
The Gym
Our gymnasium is spacious and equipped with top end, state-of-the-art
equipment. Fully air-conditioned, it includes treadmills, fitness
bicycles, a rowing machine, steppers, free weights and a variety
of sophisticated Nautilus exercise equipment. Most days there are
aerobics, low-impact or stretching classes led by our trainer at
the Gym. We also provide a personal trainer for individual, customised
one-to-one sessions. Fresh fruit and cool water is provided free
of charge at the Gym.
