Lobby Lounge Adjacent to the spacious reception area, the Lobby
Lounge serves a tempting array of refreshing drinks and cocktails.
The
Serai Cooking School is a unique course conducted over a period
of five days. It focuses on Indonesian but essentially Balinese
food.
The
format for the school is such that participants spend half the
day in the kitchen and the other half exploring Bali from a culinary
and cultural point of view.
Participants
learn how to make sambal, classic satay, Balinese fish dishes,
curries and traditional sweets.
The
Serai Cooking School offer three programs of half-day, two days
or five days duration.
A
half-day program is available on a request basis. Certain restrictions
apply.
