The Rates are valid for online reservation through 99BALi only.
This Online Reservation is subject to room availability. In case the specified Room is not available, our Customer Service will contact you immediately.
The Rates are valid for specified booking period. In case visitor demands to extend his/her period of stay, the hotel publish rate (which is around 40% higher) might be applied.
The reservation made through 99BALi is not transferable.
Payment should be made to the hotel when visitor check out.
No charges made before visitor check in to the hotels except cancellation or no shows.Payment can be made through valid Credit Card (Visa Card, Master Card, American Express, JCB or any other Card accepted by individual Hotels). No personal check, please.
Cancellation fees will be levied in accordance with charges imposed by hotels and associated transportation services. All hotels charge a minimum of one night rate for no-shows or late cancellations.
Cancellation fee will NOT be submitted by the hotels if it is notified BEFORE :
- 10 days of arrival 5th January - 30th June & 1st September - 19 December.
- 14 days of arrival in 1st July - 31st August.
- 21 days of arrival between 20th December - 5th January.
No refunds will be made in respect of accommodation, meals, or any other services not utilized after the tour has been commenced.
