Grand Hyatt Bali's two-storey Convention Centre comprises 14 various sized meeting rooms that can accommodate an intimate boardroom meeting for six to eight people to a capacity seating of 780 in the Grand Ballroom. All the function rooms reflect the rich cultural heritage of Indonesia, are tastefully decorated with Balinese elegance and feature an inspiring art and antique collection.

The Grand Ballroom is the ideal venue in which to hold themed parties, large meetings, gala dinners and wedding receptions. This superb and elaborate Balinese-style room offers all the modern facilities needed for high-quality presentations and features a large stage complete with audio-visual equipment.

The Ballroom can be divided into three separate function rooms to hold smaller events.

The pre-function room, located outside the Grand Ballroom, can cater for up to 300 people reception style while 12 further flexible meeting rooms can adapt to suit any size function.

A fully equipped Business Centre supports the state-of-the-art convention facilities, providing daily use of private office facilities and secretarial services, together with facsimile, photocopying, translation and typing services by qualified multilingual staff.

Innovative and creative theme parties can be tailor-made to your requirements and our professional banqueting team will assist with the design of the menus and invitations, the elaborate decorations, food and beverage presentations and the choice of music. Wedding packages are also available.
