When I should reserve my hotel ?
Several hotels are very salable. We recommend you to book at least 1 (one) month prior to your arrival date, especially during high season (August 1 to August 31) and Peak Season Period (December 20 to December 31).
If the specified room is not available, what should I do ?
In case the specified room is not available, our customer service will contact you immediately, proposing severals alternative i.e. to switch to another room or get another hotels.
Can I reserve hotels which are not listed ?
Yes, please use our special request form to send your requirement. Kindly mention hotel name, room type and any other information. Our Customer Service will contact you shortly.
The hotel which I prefer to book is listed, but the system could not find valid rates for my required dates. What should I do ?
Due to some reasons, we might be failed to update the valid rates for specified hotels. In this case, we suggest you to use our special request form to send your requirement. Kindly mention hotel name, room type and any other information. Our Customer Service will contact you shortly.
If due to some reasons we need to cancel our reservation, can we do that ?
Yes, we need you to notified our customer services immediately. One night cancellation fee might be applied. For detail information please read our Booking Terms and Conditions.
Does the rates really valid ?
Yes, we have agreement with the hotels that guarantee the rates is valid for specified hotels and dates.
Does the rates inclusive Tax and Service ?
The rates with ++ sign means, it does NOT inclusive 21 % tax and service. You need to add your hotel rates with 21% tax and service to have your total accomodation expenses.
Is there any high season or peak season charge ?
No, it is included on the rates. No more hidden charges.
Any Discount ?
The Rates is a discounted rate. No more discount please. The discount means the difference between our rate and hotels publish rate.
Does the Estimated Hotel Expenses is exacty what we need to pay for our hotel ?
No. The Estimated Hotel Expenses is just a rough calculation to figure your hotel expenses and several items which are charged by the hotels that might be beyond of your estimation.
Your lunch, dinner, etc are out of this estimations.
Can I extend my stay at the hotel ?
The Rates are valid for specified booking period. In case visitor demands to extend his/her period of stay, the hotel publish rate (which is around 40% higher) might be applied. Several hotels willing to provide you a special discount rate (subject of room availability), you need to mention that your reservation is made throught 99Bali.
When and to whom we need to pay for this reservation ?
All expenses are charged directly by the hotel (not us) and should be settled at the hotel when you check out from your hotel.
What is my credit card needed for ?
We need your credit card when you fill the reservation form, due to visitor might need to cancel his / her reservation. One night cancellation fee might be charged to your card by the hotel for late cancellation or no show.
I am concern about security of my personal data.
Our Reservation is equipped with SSL (Secure Socket Layer), Internet Industrial Standard for Secure Transaction Connection. This facility will hide your personal Data from unexpected wire tapper.
No reservation data is kept on the server, this will rest assured you that even our SITE is hacked none of your information will be catched.
