		TUM WRAPPING
Step1 : place ingredients in centre of clean leaf and pleat in side as shown		Step2 : repeat on other side		Step3 : fold one end of pleat to the front and the other to the back
Step4 : repeat on other side to firmly enclose contents		Step5 : put bundle in centre of strip of leaf and fold up to hold the pleats together		Step6 : secure with a toothpick

SIMPLE BANANA LEAF WRAPPING

Step1 : place ingredients along the piece of clean leaf as shown		Step2 : roll over firmly		Step3 : secure both ends of the roll with toothpicks
