RATES. The Diving Rates are valid for online reservation through 99BALi only. The rates are inclusive:

| 2. | RESERVATION.
The reservation made through 99BALi is not transferable If you have to change
your reservation, please inform 99BALi as early as you can. Please note
that acceptance of any change of your reservation is subject to availability.

| 3. | MINIMUM
BOOKING. The minimum booking is two Persons Sharing. |
| 4. | PAYMENT.
Payment should be made to the Diving Operator. No charges made before
adventure commenced to the Diving Operator except cancellation or no shows.
Payment can be made through valid Credit Card (AMEX, Master Card, Visa Card).

| 5. | DIVING
LICENSE. It is strongly recommended that you bring a copy of your Diving
License (if you have), to be shown to the Dive Guide. |

CANCELLATION FEE. Cancellation fee will levied in accordance with charges imposed by Diving Operator and associated transportation services. All Diving Operators charge a minimum of 50% cancellation fee for every no-show person. Cancellation fee will NOT be submitted by the Diving Operator, if it is notified BEFORE
