RATES. The Cruises Rates are valid for online reservation through 99BALi only. The rates are inclusive:

| 2. | RESERVATION.
The reservation made through 99BALi is not transferable If you have to change
your reservation, please inform 99BALi as early as you can. Please note
that acceptance of any change of your reservation is subject to availability.

| 3. | PAYMENT.
Payment should be made to the Cruising Operator. No charges made
before cruises commenced to the Cruising Operator except cancellation or
no shows. Payment can be made through valid Credit Card (AMEX, Master Card,
Visa Card). |
| 4. | THINGS
TO BRING : Sunscreen, a towel, hat, swimming costume (for water activities),
camera, and money or credit card for drinks, souvenirs and optional activities.

CANCELLATION FEE. Cancellation fee will levied in accordance with charges imposed by Cruising Operator and associated transportation services. All Cruising Operators charge a minimum of 50% cancellation fee for every no-show person. Cancellation fee will NOT be submitted by the Cruising Operator, if it is notified BEFORE :
